Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Credit/Reference data teams to resolve credit-related attributes, manage account closures, and deactivate CASID in Party, fostering robust partnerships, escalating issues, and removing obstacles as necessary.
- Oversee the pipeline and records across the Five Pillars, monitoring the progress of aging cases, prioritizing the prompt removal of DNT Flags, and ensuring efficient management of the TLT process for incoming populations.
- Work in tandem with GFCC/KNR teams to collectively review, identify, and transfer cases eligible for these categories.
- Effectively manage personal workload and prioritize items, ensuring timely escalation of key risks and issues to management.
- Stay abreast of process and procedural changes, regulatory updates, and maintain open verbal communication with colleagues and management.
- Identify and implement process improvements, offering guidance and support on crucial process and technology initiatives to the business.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a functional understanding of KYC/Compliance/AML procedures and standards.
- Hold a university degree or its equivalent.
- Exhibit proficient verbal and written communication skills, coupled with conflict resolution experience.
- Display a quality-focused work ethic, with a strong mindset towards controls.
- Demonstrate adaptability in navigating evolving and changeable environments.
- Proactively manage and advance one’s career, identifying personal training needs for development.
