Key Responsibilities:
- Exceed Quarterly Sales Quotas:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to surpass designated quarterly sales targets.
- Cultivate and sustain a strong sales pipeline through proactive engagement with GSIs and other partners.
- Identify and pursue novel business opportunities within existing and potential GSI collaborations.
- Measure Partnership Maturity:
- Assess the maturity of GSI partnerships based on the extent and variety of joint solution offerings.
- Establish metrics for evaluating the efficacy of training and enablement initiatives.
- Collaborate with GSIs to pinpoint areas for enhancement and devise strategies to elevate partnership maturity.
- Training and Enablement:
- Collaborate with internal training units to craft and administer tailored training schemes for GSIs.
- Ensure GSIs possess the requisite knowledge and tools to proficiently market and support products/services.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training endeavors and adapt them as necessary to enhance outcomes.
- Executive Mapping:
- Identify pivotal executives within GSIs and foster strong rapport with them.
- Partner with GSI executives to synchronize business objectives and drive mutual triumph.
- Utilize executive relationships to champion the partnership and address any issues or obstacles.
- Building GTM Strategies:
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to formulate GTM strategies harmonious with GSI partnerships.
- Develop joint marketing campaigns and ventures to generate leads and bolster brand visibility.
- Assess and analyze the efficacy of GTM strategies, offering recommendations for refinement.
