Key Responsibilities:
- Collect data systematically from websites, filings, and company-specific documents such as company websites, sustainability reports, and annual reports.
- As an Analyst, your duties will include monitoring and analyzing developments and trends within specific sectors, evaluating the influence of individual companies on the broader sector.
- Assume responsibility for meeting production targets and delivering research within specified timelines, adhering to established processes and quality standards.
- Coordinate with pertinent internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of production tasks while maintaining high quality standards.
- Participate in quality assurance procedures to uphold the quality and accuracy of the research outputs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate degree
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in non-voice operations.
- Customer service expertise, particularly in technical or regular support roles, covering service desk operations, voice support, chat support, and email correspondence.
