Key Responsibilities:
- The intern will be paired with a mentor or mentors designated by the business team.
- Engage in daily real-world job-shadowing activities, actively participating in employee experience program management, connecting with employees, managing data, and gaining exposure to vendor partners for benchmark studies.
- Have access to a dedicated HR and Talent Acquisition professional for inquiries regarding transition, private sector recruitment, and acting as an ambassador to NetApp and its partners.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently enrolled in Marketing or Program Management with completion of a minimum number of semester hours.
- Possess strong skills in team building and collaboration.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, independent thinking, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exhibit self-motivation, attention to detail, flexibility, and strategic thinking.
- Display openness, expressiveness, and eagerness to engage in conversations with others.
- Showcase excellent verbal and written communication skills.
