Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative data throughout the product development cycle to derive user and market insights.
- Conduct impactful A/B experiments to assess and enhance product performance.
- Identify essential product metrics and develop tools and dashboards for ongoing monitoring.
- Recognize usage patterns and devise strategies to steer metrics towards desired outcomes.
- Facilitate rapid and informed product decisions leveraging data and analytics.
- Conduct user research and surveys to gain insights into user requirements and challenges.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Preferred skills:
- Proficient in SQL (for an individual contributor role).
- Familiarity with basic statistical concepts and their application in product analytics.
- Capable of solving problems using a structured, data-driven approach.
- Shows a desire to delve deeply into a product role and eventually take ownership of product verticals.
