Key Responsibilities for Data Analyst:
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrates a passion for transforming data into insights, constructing decision-making frameworks, maintaining high attention to detail, and ensuring data fidelity.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and concentrating on high-impact areas.
- Possesses strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities for Data Associate:
- Produce descriptions for the VLM system that are of high quality, contextually relevant, accurate, and coherent, aligning with the system’s intended purpose.
- Utilize strong language skills, knowledge of grammar, and adherence to linguistic rules to ensure the generated text maintains proper grammar, syntax, and appropriate language usage.
- Inject creativity and adaptability into VLM descriptions to enhance engagement and ensure they sound natural, following the provided Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Research, write, edit, and proofread content for various mediums including videos and images.
- Provide guidance and instruction on tool usage and related topics as necessary.
- Uphold internal quality standards by conducting quality audits and verification processes.
- Offer specific and timely feedback to streamline existing processes and assist the team in achieving more consistent results of high quality.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Fluent in spoken, written, and reading English.
- This role requires onsite presence, and the candidate must be flexible with work timings, including night shifts, and be prepared to meet delivery targets promptly.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in SQL/Python/R, scripting, MS Excel, table joins, and aggregate analytical functions.
- Possession of certification in any of the following fields: Content Writing, Creative Writing, English Literature, Literary Arts, Linguistics, or English as a Second Language Teaching.
