Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire systems development cycle from requirements analysis to coding, testing, UAT, implementation, and maintenance within an Agile environment.
- Create high-level and detailed technical designs, testing strategies, and implementation plans.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, gaining exposure to all aspects of Finance.
- Address and adapt to business needs by facilitating and developing process workflows, data requirements, and necessary specifications to support implementation.
- Cultivate strong relationships with business partners.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration across divisions and the reuse of common solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- Possesses hands-on software development experience, preferably in languages such as Java, C/C++, Python, or Scala, with exposure to both RDBMS and NoSQL datastores.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrates strong programming and problem-solving abilities.
- Exhibits a clear understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design, and core programming concepts.
- Demonstrates strong full-stack technical design and development skills, along with relevant experience.
- Capable of multitasking, managing various stakeholders, and collaborating effectively within a team.
- Displays excellent communication skills, including experience communicating with both technical and business audiences and working globally.
- Shows an interest in finance.
