Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the techno-commercial aspects of project execution.
- Initiate kick-off meetings with the Sales team and customers to understand project execution strategies aligned with customer requirements and satisfaction.
- Proficiently prepare project documents such as project schedules, manufacturing schedules, and project status reports to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely completion and approval of PR documentation and expedite its approval process.
- Prepare comprehensive Bill of Materials for order entry and manufacturing, adhering to approved PR documents.
- Meet sales targets for the financial year by achieving monthly shipment goals.
- Enhance service delivery to customers to prevent liquidated damages and optimize the project execution cycle, thereby encouraging repeat business from customers.
- Maintain finished goods inventory levels in accordance with targets.
- Provide feedback to customers and regional sales teams on the progress of sales orders.
- Enhance customer loyalty by delivering proactive services to both internal and external customers.
- Coordinate and ensure successful inspection of customer orders with proper documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of final documentation in the required sets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in product knowledge.
- Familiarity with project management principles.
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities, coupled with expertise in data analysis and management using tools like MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
Preferred skills:
- Preferred engineering background, particularly in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechanical fields.
