Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding and analyzing functional and non-functional requirements provided by stakeholders such as the Architect, Product Manager, Product Lead, and Client for product enhancement.
- Participating in cross-functional meetings to review Product Marketing Requirements and Functional Requirements, and generating clarification lists to resolve ambiguities.
- Conducting feasibility studies to assess the impact of requirements on the existing product and providing estimations to the development lead.
- Creating a low-level design document based on high-level design understanding, including class level diagrams, attributes mapping, and sequence diagrams.
- Collaborating with the Architect for review inputs and incorporating feedback into the design.
- Creating proof of concepts (POCs) to evaluate the feasibility of new technologies/products and sharing findings with the architecture team.
- Offering strategic technical direction for product research, design analysis, testing processes improvement, and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Developing high-level software design (HLSD) documents following Architect guidance and establishing design standards to meet product requirements.
- Providing technical expertise to address challenging programming and design problems, participating in architecture/code reviews, and resolving implementation issues early in the development cycle.
- Creating or reviewing low-level design documents for product enhancement and seeking review inputs from the product lead.
- Building code according to the design document and offering technical guidance to the team for resolving complex technical issues.
- Creating a requirement traceability matrix, reviewing test cases, coding standards, testing defects, and identifying methods to minimize defects.
- Supporting the client in user acceptance testing, if required, and reviewing test cases/test plans.
- Conducting integration testing and resolving defects/bugs during QA testing, alpha release, beta release, and post-release patches.
- Providing inputs to technical publications and reviewing documentation of key features as necessary.
- Resolving existing issues, gathering user feedback from the client, and identifying ways to enhance usability.
- Providing updates on module development status to the development lead and mentoring software engineers.
- Conducting one-on-one coaching sessions with team members, setting goals, monitoring performance, and conducting performance appraisals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in ASP.NET Web API, enabling the development of robust and scalable web services.
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC, facilitating the creation of dynamic and interactive web applications.
- Competence in ASP.NET framework, offering a comprehensive platform for building web-based solutions.
- Familiarity with Payer Products, enhancing understanding and capability in managing payment systems and processes.
Preferred skills:
- Good to have skills include proficiency in C#, a versatile programming language widely used in web development and software engineering.
