Key Responsibilities:
- Possess basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Demonstrate interest in Accounting, SAP, and Finance.
- Work effectively as part of a team and maintain a focus on achieving targets.
- Handle invoice processing for both Purchase Order (PO) and Non-PO invoices.
- Manage payment processing and banking activities.
- Resolve vendor queries efficiently.
- Process employee expenses accurately.
- Perform statement reconciliation tasks.
- Conduct vendor clearing activities.
- Generate other monthly reports as required.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Com/ BBA
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in cash application and allocation processes.
- Experience in collections, including communication with customers via email and phone.
- Familiarity with credit management principles.
- Knowledge of credit insurance and follow-up procedures.
- Ability to forecast cash flows effectively.
- Experience in order approvals.
- Completion of other monthly reporting tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
