Key Responsibilities:
- In your new role, you will support the analysis of intricate cross-franchise and pan-group requirements. This involves capturing, validating, and documenting both business and system requirements to ensure alignment with key strategic principles.
- You will be responsible for establishing, managing, and nurturing positive working relationships with stakeholders and third-party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions.
- Develop and maintain documentation, while providing support for controls and quality assurance to key stakeholders and suppliers.
- Assist in identifying and supporting cut-over and implementation tasks.
- Establish links between business requirements and future state design.
- Create and execute test scenarios and scripts at various project stages to validate solution designs.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and assist business users in executing the tests
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in utilizing business analysis tools for trade and transaction reporting.
- Demonstrated track record of providing business analysis within a technology or IT capacity.
- Experience working on large-scale regulatory projects, showcasing strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to extract essential requirements for project delivery.
- Strong abilities in stakeholder management.
- Experience in managing project requirements across various programs such as T and TR Re-platforming, EMIR re-write, and CFTC re-write.
