Key Responsibilities:
- As a Creative at the Apple Store, your primary role is that of an instructor, guiding small groups or individuals to learn and assisting them in various tasks.
- Utilizing your presentation skills, you serve as a facilitator, aiding users in setting up, receiving training, and initiating their tasks.
- You excel as a listener, taking the time to comprehend each user’s goals and aspirations for learning or achieving.
- Adapting your teaching style to accommodate the individual skill levels of users allows for maximum understanding and effective use of time.
- You acknowledge that purchasing new products can often aid customers in attaining their objectives.
- While leading scheduled sessions occupies much of your time, you remain comfortable interacting with store customers between these sessions.
- You take pride in enriching the lives of others, be it customers or team members, through your unique teaching abilities as a Creative.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrates a passion for education and possesses the ability to facilitate learning through hands-on experience.
- Capable of teaching small groups and attending to multiple customers simultaneously.
- Exhibits tenacity in working with users to ensure they optimize their device usage.
- Contributes to fostering an inclusive environment by respecting differences among individuals and displaying curiosity in learning from others.
- Demonstrates Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily interactions and activities.
Preferred skills:
- Capable of both selling products and providing instruction, offering assistance to team members as required.
- Self-motivated and self-directed, able to follow a tightly structured training schedule.
- Proficient in recommending additional in-store support options, including business services and the Genius Bar.
- Fluent in the local language.
- Demonstrates flexibility with the work schedule, accommodating business needs.
