Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in code reviews as part of the development process.
- Address defects and performance issues identified during testing.
- Take part in the transition of application components to testing teams.
- Ensure the completion of all necessary documentation for testers, deployment, and application management teams.
- Notify the technical architect and project manager of any issues that could impact other project areas.
- Aid other teams in comprehending the functional implications of different configuration options.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrates strong proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, and React.
- Required knowledge in Java API development utilizing React/Typescript.
- Comprehensive understanding of Core Java.
- Expertise in Object-Oriented Design & Analysis and application design patterns.
- Familiarity with Tomcat and WebSphere application server.
- Proficiency in Java programming language.
- Familiarity with SQL Server database management system.
- Experience or knowledge within the insurance industry.
Preferred skills:
- Experience in Agile software development processes is desirable.
- Possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in coding and testing.
- Demonstrates promptness in initiation with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity or prior experience with P&C Insurance Domain is considered advantageous.
