Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and execution of internal communication strategies, encompassing newsletters, emails, intranet content, and announcements.
- Engage with teams throughout the organization to collect information and narratives for diverse communication platforms.
- Aid in the coordination and management of site meetings and functional gatherings to enhance internal communication effectiveness.
- Creation of internal communication materials.
- Effective coordination and execution of events.
- Provide executive support to the Communication Leader.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Preferred skills:
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English.
- Experienced in utilizing Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint) and Canva.
- Demonstrates exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, adept at handling multiple tasks concurrently.
- Previous internship or relevant experience in communications is advantageous.
- Familiarity with website content management and graphic design is considered beneficial.
- Exhibits a positive attitude and a keen willingness to learn.
