Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer second-level user support for critical software packages like the Ticket system and ERP platform, focusing on Customer Care Services, and be open to assisting with additional modules as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to company and department policies and procedures, maintaining strict confidentiality standards regarding clinical trials.
  • Foster a respectful and collaborative working environment, valuing each team member’s contributions and promoting open communication among team members.
  • Assist helpdesk agents by identifying and documenting problem areas within product lines, providing necessary data for research, and ensuring appropriate documentation.
  • Proactively communicate with all stakeholders through knowledge bases, intranet, and training sessions to prevent and resolve issues effectively.
  • Utilize various software applications to manage customer account information, diagnose technical difficulties, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Analyze reported issues, replicate them, and determine if they can be resolved internally or need to be escalated to development for resolution.
  • Research knowledge bases for issue resolution and update them for future reference.
  • Analyze business processes, collaborate with department leads to implement improvements, and maintain consistent documentation of processes.
  • Generate business critical statistics and reports for management as needed.
  • Ensure smooth transition of day-to-day activities to business owners through well-documented, validated training.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate external consultancies for ERP-related projects after budget approval.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure regulatory compliance in software usage.
  • Implement new processes and maintain existing ones within Customer Care and related departments.
  • Act as the primary contact for Customer Care-related applications.
  • Prepare system requirements specifications and feasibility proposals.
  • Strive for high customer satisfaction and deliver outstanding support.
  • Serve as a backup for colleagues’ tasks when necessary.
  • Adhere to established communication guidelines and minimize unit downtime.
  • Act with cost-consciousness and profit orientation.
  • Embrace and promote the company’s vision.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in IT, scientific, technical fields, or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Skills:

  • Proficient in creating database queries with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to design and develop databases.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with object-oriented software development.
  • Experience with document, workflow, and output management tools, as well as business intelligence tools.
  • Strong logical and analytical skills, with a background in finance.
  • Basic programming knowledge and technical expertise.
  • Familiarity with UML, ERM, SQL, SQL Server database, and IT network skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, XML, .NET Technology, and reporting services.
  • Experience in supporting and servicing medical equipment.
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills and ability to maintain composure in customer relations.
  • Effective persuasion skills with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently within assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols, company policies, quality standards, ERP, CRM, and product specifications.
