Key Responsibilities for Product Analyst:

  • Collaborate with the Product Management team to enhance product adoption.
  • Utilize product usage data to identify customer pain points and propose potential solutions to the product team.
  • Engage closely with product management and engineering teams for research on new features, client proof-of-concept (POC), and competitive benchmarking.
  • Pursue continuous learning and collaborate with the team to develop best practices for product configuration, gaining direct exposure to major consumer, business, and technology brands globally.
  • Configure the Sprinklr product for diverse brands and industries, adhering to high standards of delivery and quality.
  • Work collaboratively as a team to comprehend product adoption across various brands and establish standard practices aimed at enhancing adoption rates.

Key Responsibilities for Account Executive:

  • Identify, negotiate, and close significant deals within a designated territory.
  • Collaborate with Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) and Chief Technology Officers (CTOs) of major global brands, working to develop solutions that ensure their success. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
  • Utilize exceptional sales skills to create sales opportunities, pinpoint key decision-makers, and engage with influencers in potential deals. Fearlessness is encouraged.
