Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing the Procurement One Data strategy with precision.
- Uphold the highest standards of Data Quality by following the data quality roadmap meticulously.
- Interpret business requirements, formulate data strategy, and identify pertinent data elements for generating insights.
- Develop and implement Power BI or Graph-based insights, customizing them to suit the needs of end users.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of Technology Scale Up, with experience in deploying analytical dashboards and insights across diverse platforms and regions.
- Proficient in Power BI/SQL with a well-rounded understanding of applying Data Science techniques to business challenges.
- Demonstrates hands-on experience in data manipulation, including query building and testing using SQL and Python.
- Maintains a rigorous mindset, continuously striving for comprehensive solutions.
- Proficient in capturing business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing Power BI solutions.
- Understands product management principles, contributing to multi-country product/platform delivery as part of a team.
- Demonstrates proven experience in operating and project managing within complex organizational settings.
- Experienced in Communication, Change Management, and Learning Plan development.
Preferred skills:
- Previous involvement in digital roles such as Business Analyst, Quality Assurance, or Data Analyst.
- Participation in global product/program rollouts.
