Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates, supports, and performs administrative tasks to facilitate departmental operations.
- Assists in managing the day-to-day operations related to the study drug, comparators, and ancillaries.
- Supports assigned department project teams as a contributing member.
- Ensures compliance with role-specific training requirements and timely completion of timesheets.
- May serve as a liaison or coordinate activities across different functions.
- Executes import and export activities in accordance with company and client requirements, as well as relevant regulations.
- Implements the Import and Export/Trade Compliance plan for each assigned project.
- Consults with the Trade Compliance Manager to address import and export issues, providing relevant recommendations and notifications.
- Participates in ongoing training sessions regarding new regulations pertaining to import/export activities.
- Maintains updated reports on PPD-owned metrics indicators.
- Works under supervision and typically on trials of low complexity.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possesses a Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy or a related life science field.

- Proficient in basic English with effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Proficient in computer usage and data entry tasks.

- Adaptable to changes and new circumstances.
- Capable of utilizing appropriate communication channels to express concerns and offer suggestions.
- Having 0-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical organizations or the clinical research field is advantageous.
