Key Responsibilities:
- Function as an individual contributor, demonstrating accountability with minimal supervision.
- Conduct unit testing to verify the accuracy of developed components.
- Implement development requirements in accordance with provided technical specifications.
- Maintain adherence to coding standards and performance benchmarks outlined by the customer or organization.
- Engage in designated training sessions and actively pursue self-improvement and professional development opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possesses fundamental knowledge of project documentation such as Business Blueprint (BBP), Solution Design, Functional Specifications (FS), Test Scripts, and Timesheets.
- Capable of constructing necessary project documentation as required.
- Demonstrates basic understanding of management processes, tools, and methodologies for requirement analysis.
- Proficient in extracting both functional and non-functional requirements and documenting system/software specifications, particularly for low to medium complexity scenarios.
- Exhibits foundational understanding of customers’ business domains and technology suites.
- Competent in utilizing contemporary technology and managing customer escalations effectively.
- Proficient in conducting unit testing and comparison testing for rehosting, while providing comprehensive reports on testing status.
- Skillful in documenting identified defects, executing defect fixes, and performing automation test scripts/manual test cases in accordance with the test plan.
- Capable of identifying and reporting deviations from expected results.
