Key Responsibilities:
- Develop actionable and insightful analytic reports tailored for the legal department, ensuring relevance to stakeholders.
- Utilize existing company technology to create template intake forms and optimize contract management procedures for enhanced efficiency.
- Collaborate with company stakeholders to implement a legal hub within Jira, facilitating self-service functionalities, intake forms, and access to critical information.
- Oversee departmental systems and support legal professionals in maintaining accurate and current data on a daily basis.
- Facilitate seamless information exchange between legal and compliance teams in India and the US through effective coordination and communication.
- Manage and organize document repositories within the legal department, ensuring compliance with information governance standards.
- Code incoming invoices from law firms to enhance transparency and clarity in legal expenditure; supervise the external law firm review process.
- Collaborate with the deal desk and sales team to establish automated two-way reporting of priorities for streamlined operations.
