Key Responsibilities for Data Analysis:
- Essential proficiency in querying databases using SQL; familiarity with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MS SQL.
- Identify gaps within metadata structures.
- Demonstrate expertise in data cleaning and preparation for analysis, including error removal, outlier identification, and data transformation for analytical purposes.
- Conduct data analysis to derive meaningful insights and facilitate resolution of data-related issues.
- Possess advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Identify opportunities to enhance data quality alignment across CRM databases.
- Ensure seamless lead transition from the marketing automation system (Eloqua) to CRM.
- Monitor data integrity and ensure consistency across diverse systems.
- Drive continuous innovation and implement incremental process improvements where feasible.
- Exhibit strong teamwork skills and adeptness in navigating through various ambiguities within a team environment.
- Continuously enhance skills and capabilities to remain aligned with team and client requirements.
- Automate the creation and delivery of both existing and new reports to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Establish data management standards, procedures, and best practices while cleansing, updating, uploading, or mapping data across CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities for Intern:
- Assist in Internal Audit, Concurrent Audit, and Advisory engagements within the BFSI domain.
- Aid in evaluating technical aspects of risk assessments to offer precise insights into the client’s existing risk landscape.
- Support comprehensive analyses and design of end-to-end business processes.
- Assist in collecting, synthesizing, and analyzing data using suitable tools and technologies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred).
- Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access).
- Basic understanding of ETL tools such as Alteryx.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain organization, attention to detail, self-motivation, and flexibility.
