Key Responsibilities:
- Independently oversee enterprise-wide models, emphasizing Gen AI (Large Language Models) and Machine Learning-based models for various business/risk types such as marketing, credit, and fraud.
- Conduct assessments to identify gaps and establish a robust framework aimed at fortifying model risk controls to meet heightened regulatory standards.
- Explore opportunities to enhance model excellence and drive business impact through AI/ML research.
- Communicate results to partners, senior leadership, and various model committees effectively.
- Challenge the conceptual soundness, theory, approach, and purpose/usages of predictive models to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maximize business returns by institutionalizing efficient and accurate models.
- Innovate modeling techniques and variable creation to stay ahead of industry standards.
- Ensure modeling accuracy and enhance efficiency in existing processes using Machine Learning.
- Prioritize enterprise goals, aligning the role’s agenda with organizational priorities while considering the needs of customers, partners, colleagues, and shareholders.
- Lead with an external perspective, questioning the status quo, and fostering continuous innovation in existing offerings.
- Demonstrate learning agility, making prompt decisions with the highest level of integrity.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold an MBA or Master’s Degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields from a top-tier institute.
- Possess 0-3 years of experience in Large Language Models or big data workstreams.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrate hands-on experience in model development or validation.
- Exhibit strong analytical, relationship, and project management skills to lead validation initiatives effectively.
- Preferably have experience in applying advanced statistical and/or quantitative techniques to solve business problems.
- Possess good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Show willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive validation and project execution.
- Effectively communicate complex analytical results to business partners and senior management.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work within tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Possess technical skills/capabilities relevant to the job role.
