Key Responsibilities:
- Execute procedures to meet internal/external Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with high-quality outcomes.
- Undergo training and certification, as applicable, on business policies and standard operating procedures.
- Adhere strictly to all standard operating procedures and business policies.
- Perform data entry using databases.
- Develop and suggest solutions for process improvements, actively supporting the implementation of new processes and programs.
- Collaborate with clients to carry out day-to-day Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities.
- Provide support for on-call rotations or off-shift availability, as required.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure data integrity for clients and downstream systems.
- Address client inquiries through Change Requests, Salesforce tickets, and/or Client Service representatives.
- Research and respond to E&Y Audit requests.
- Assist the Process/Team Lead in creating and gathering data for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Assist the Process Lead/Team in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new software releases.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, English, Journalism, Music, or other media-related disciplines.
- Hold an MBA with up to 2 years of experience in market research, e-commerce, telecom, or the media industry.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality results within specified timelines, emphasizing meticulous attention to detail.
- Utilizes logical reasoning to analyze data, draw conclusions, and effectively communicate results.
- Proficient in English language with strong writing, grammatical, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Competent in using Google Tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Suite.
- Exhibits strong interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with others.
- Capable of working accurately under deadlines and demonstrates willingness to work outside regular business hours, as needed.
