Key Responsibilities for Business Analyst:
- Collect operational data from various cross-functional stakeholders to analyze historical business performance.
- Identify data patterns and trends, offering insights to enhance decision-making in business planning, process improvement, and solution assessment.
- Recommend actions for future developments, strategic business opportunities, and enhancements to operational policies.
- Participate in exploratory data analysis, confirmatory data analysis, and/or qualitative analysis.
- Transform data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies, effectively communicating findings to business partners and senior leaders.
- Continuously enhance processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external business partners to build, implement, track, and improve decision strategies.
- Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, prioritizing the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
- Escalate, manage, and report control issues with transparency.
Key Responsibilities for Data Management Associate:
- Demonstrate flexibility and availability to offer support across various time zones, given the global nature of the team covering APAC, EMEA, and NAM regions.
- Develop and maintain applications/EUC utilizing VBA, Excel, MS-access, MS-outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Possess the ability to comprehend and manage intricate SQL queries.
- Take ownership of the entire life cycle of development projects.
- Create and maintain technical support documentation.
- Ability to construct complex modules.
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge and understanding of GPU Operations/BAU concepts.
- Actively participate in application releases, overseeing development, testing, and deployment into production.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelors/University degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Hold a High School diploma or an equivalent qualification.
Preferred skills:
- Acquire 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and team members.
- Possess proficient coding knowledge in SAS, SQL, and Python.
- Exhibit strong proficiency in VBA, Excel, and MS-Access.
- Showcase a robust business acumen and the capability to establish partnerships with operational associates.
- Demonstrate a high degree of problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
