Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update topic, article, and solution pages using AEM components.
- Customize web pages using HTML functionality, ensuring the maintenance and governance of HTML fragments.
- Analyze and measure webpage statistics, tracking views monthly.
- Present data in a user-friendly format for communication and reporting to the business.
- Resolve day-to-day issues related to web content.
- Liaise with stakeholders to develop adherence to policies and procedures, and communicate these to site users.
- Ensure the incorporation of SEO best practices in webpages.
- Perform maintenance activities on the Deloitte website, including removing/archiving old content.
- Understand new templates and developments from Global, introducing them in Australia with AU strategy and governance.
- Support the business in implementing events and campaigns for strategic clients, service lines, and industry groups across Australia.
- Manage databases and fulfill administration requirements on CRM/Marketing Automation platforms.
- Create email direct marketing templates, ensuring the quality and timely output of marketing collateral.
- Provide key inputs to stakeholders for the success of campaigns.
- Execute A/B tests for email campaigns and landing pages to optimize performance.
- Create campaign flows, ensuring compliance while executing email marketing campaigns and collecting data.
- Analyze campaign data and contribute to driving the email list through organic efforts.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree.
- Have a minimum of 0 to 2 years of experience in Content Publishing, Email Marketing, and Campaign Management.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge in HTML, Excel, Google Analytics, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Possess technical knowledge and experience in knowledge/content management systems.
- Have working experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and MS-Dynamics.
- Exhibit exposure to email marketing tools/platforms like Eloqua, Marketo, Mailchimp, etc.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Exhibit the ability to work effectively with stakeholders in a virtual setup.
- Showcase the capacity to multitask without compromising attention to detail.
