Key Responsibilities for Junior Data Analyst:
- Consolidate, verify, validate, interpret, and analyze operational data, including information from quotations, orders, configurations, master data, production, purchasing data, and delivery data.
- Apply statistical techniques to analyze operational data and execute quantitative analysis to transform data into actionable insights.
- Support the design and construction of new dashboards, adhering to best practices, implementing intuitive visualization, and identifying appropriate metrics and KPIs.
- Identify areas for improvement, manage fixes for troubleshooting the reporting environment, and perform user access management and data refresh activities.
- Enhance dashboards based on priority demands, conduct solution maintenance, create and maintain user manuals and solution documentation, and support the training of users and champions.
- Collaborate with the business area’s data analytics organization and divisional cross-functional teams, ensuring continuous communication with business partners and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities for Graduate Trainee:
- Process accounts payable transactions with a focus on accurate tracking and processing.
- Perform necessary activities within the accounts payable area to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Execute analysis and reports as assigned, taking appropriate action as needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal control over financial reporting in accounts payable for applicable templates.
- Participate in internal control testing and prepare relevant documentation, keeping all relevant stakeholders informed of progress or issues to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Verify invoices for compliance with fiscal and internal control requirements, with a particular emphasis on organizing and coordinating tasks, projects, or programs in support of a process or internal team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Possess an MBA or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E. or B.Tech) with a focus on Computer Science (CS), Electronics and Communication (EC), Electrical Engineering (EE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), or Information Technology (IT).
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Possess an added advantage of SAP knowledge in the Accounts Payable domain.
- Exhibit experience in Power BI, SQL Database, ETL, and Power Query.
- Showcase proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with Snowflake and data visualization.
