Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with AP/Global cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and IT, to ensure process alignment and seamless integration of systems.
- Take responsibility for analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining regional Installed Base databases.
- Develop and modify existing applications (Excel VBA) in accordance with specified requirements.
- Conduct Data Analytics and Data Visualization on large datasets.
- Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a demanding user environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analyze, understand, and effectively communicate functional material to both end-users and management.
- Document business process solutions.
- Provide education and training to business users as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or IT.
Preferred skills:
- Proficient in advanced Excel, MS Access, and adept at handling large datasets.
- Possess knowledge of visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
- Experience with ERP systems, especially Oracle or SAP, would be advantageous.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
