Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct process reviews to identify gaps and issues, offering constructive feedback on quality and accuracy within the RTB.
- Generate quality scores and develop dashboards through routine sampling of ongoing processes.
- Collaborate with RTB teams to enhance efficiency by providing feedback on call calibrations and analyzing regular quality trends.
- Undertake theme-based, one-off reviews focused on specific identified processes.
- Evaluate KPIs and control assessments for RTB, preparing them for submission to the KPI controls dashboard.
- Explore new areas for QC scope expansion and broaden coverage across various RTB activities within multiple RTB functions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree/ MBA
Preferred skills:
- Possessing a background in any of the processes related to Client Reference data is advantageous.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills along with the ability to independently work on and review samples.
- Exhibit qualities of being a team player, coupled with determination and a hardworking attitude.
- Pay meticulous attention to details and demonstrate the capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Communicate effectively with RTB leads and stakeholders through strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in the context of call calibrations.
- Showcase the ability to quickly grasp new procedures and acquire in-depth expertise in overall RTB processes.
- Proficient in producing trend reports and quality dashboards.
- Capable of creating PowerPoint slides specifically for quality dashboards.
