Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot issues and offer support to both internal and external users.
- Oversee existing and new integration projects.
- Gather requirements and implement change requests.
- Create and enhance operational processes.
- Monitor and manage current integration systems.
- Analyze data and generate reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication in alignment with organizational goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in administering Linux and Windows Server.
- Basic programming skills in Java, Bash, Python, and SQL.
