Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of compliance, audits, and day-to-day security operations while supervising other administrators in executing security administration.
- Demonstrate expertise in CrowdStrike AV, vulnerability scanners, DLP, IBM QRadar, web security, and email security.
- Maintain an enterprise security stance through policy development, architecture implementation, and training processes. Additionally, select appropriate security solutions and oversee vulnerability audits and assessments.
- Ensure that policies align with compliance requirements such as HIPAA, PCI, etc.
- Develop and implement an incident reporting and response system for addressing security incidents and alleged policy violations or complaints from external parties.
- Conduct investigations, analyses, and reviews following breaches of security controls, preparing incident reports and recommending appropriate improvements.
- Stay updated on the latest security and privacy legislation, regulations, advisories, alerts, and vulnerabilities relevant to the customer.
- Determine appropriate levels of security controls and systems monitoring across the security architecture.
- Identify foreseeable information security risks to comply with privacy and information security regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor compliance with information security procedures and policies, reporting infringements to top management.
- Audit and review information security issues within the organization.
