Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, review, and analyze business processes and systems to comprehend design implications across Business, IT, and Operations.
  • Assist in the reengineering of processes, providing detailed guidance on process design, taking into account factors such as risk, end-to-end considerations, and cost.
  • Aid in impact assessment for change requests, evaluating their impact on design, scope, time, budget, or effort in the program plan.
  • Provide accurate estimates for handling new requirements, design changes, and scope adjustments.
  • Support the development of control structures and performance scorecards (KPIs) to ensure the achievement of project milestones, adherence to budgets, optimal resource utilization, and alignment with employee engagement goals. Implement mitigating actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with markets/regions to understand the regulatory, customer, and competitive landscape.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Demonstrate proficient Business Analyst skills.
  • Possess a robust analytical background with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Background includes collaboration in cross-functional teams to facilitate requirements capture.
  • Bring experience in business and process analysis, involvement in change initiatives, and expertise in re-engineering.
  • Have experience in planning and executing both business and IT initiatives.
