Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders in business workshops and conduct one-on-one interviews to thoroughly understand business requirements.
- Examine and evaluate business requirement documents to gain insights into project objectives.
- Assess and identify any discrepancies or gaps in the requirements to ensure alignment with the business needs.
- Offer assistance in developing solutions to address identified gaps, facilitating effective problem-solving.
- Create initial drafts of end-to-end solutions for clients, including integration plans, and submit them for supervisor review.
- Detail customization needs and configuration changes essential for the successful implementation of the proposed solutions.
- Obtain necessary approvals and validation for the developed solutions, ensuring they meet the business requirements.
- Continuously evaluate team members’ skill levels and provide support or training when needed to enhance their capabilities.
- Actively participate in knowledge sharing sessions, sharing expertise and insights within the team.
- Encourage team members to actively engage in organizational innovation programs, fostering a culture of creativity and improvement.
- Provide recommendations to team leadership regarding recognition and rewards for team and individual achievements, as well as performance ratings.
