Key Responsibilities for WFM Analyst:
- Close collaboration with teammates to create configuration design concepts.
- Creating and executing User Acceptance Test and Unit Test plans according to a set timeline.
- Following a sprint development and release schedule to provide top-notch solutions on time.
- Examining and recording the configuration of the current system, as well as offering precise comparisons for future analysis.
- Helping the global WFM team to comprehend business needs so that high-quality solutions may be designed for UKG Workforce Central.
- Preparing plans for configuration release cutover activities.
- Supporting issue resolution and production ticket fixes where necessary when the solution calls for configuration support.
- Maintaining confidential information’s correctness, security, and privacy in a compliant controls environment.
Key Responsibilities for Operations Expert:
- As an operations expert, you and your group bear the enormous responsibility of seeing to it that goods reach the end of the supply chain—that is, end up in the hands of customers.
- All of the store’s inventory, including goods, supplies, tools, and parts, is under your control.
- As new products arrive, you ensure sure your team has the tools, resources, and support needed to keep the stockroom organised, fulfil inventory tasks, and maintain product availability.
- You communicate information regarding the state of parts and products to the leadership and management teams on a continuous basis.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree
Preferred skills:
- Technical expertise in setting up WIM Interfaces, Time and Attendance, and Employee Scheduling in UKG Workforce Central.
- Extensive understanding of complex WFM module setup ideas, including.
- Knowledge of creating global solutions.
- The capacity to provide solutions as a part of well defined development sprints and scheduled release cycles.
- Understanding of fundamental compliance and operational business concepts.
- Interacting with a worldwide peer network while possessing strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Diligent focus on the details and dedication to excellence.
- Knowledge of linked upstream-downstream systems, such as Payroll and HRIS.
