Key Responsibilities:
- Observe the established standard operating procedures for each.
- Workflow for the projects related to eDiscovery.
- Prioritise tasks as assigned by your team or shift.
- As per customary procedure, turn over the responsibilities to the following shift.
- To extract text and metadata from electronic documents, use several ESI discovery data processing tools.
- When necessary, convert electronic documents to image files (TIFs, PDFs).
- Upload data for evaluation into the hosting platform.
- Help with document searching and tagging in hosted databases to support project management.
- Carry out work quality check.
- Take part in the team’s frequent policy and procedure review sessions.
- Attend the occasional knowledge-sharing seminars that the operations team hosts.
Eligibility Criteria:
- BCA and BSC (computers or information science) fresher graduates.
- Freshers with the right aptitude.
- 0 – 2 years of related experience.
Preferred skills:
- Exceptional communication skills both in writing and speaking.
- Strong ability to analyse and solve problems.
- Working familiarity with Windows environment and fundamental PC capabilities (e.g., MS Office).
- The capacity to read and comprehend procedure manuals, operating and maintenance guidelines, and quality requirements.
