Key Responsibilities:
- Enhancing financial organisations’ back office and middle office procedures.
- Managing the many phases of the client/product life cycle, including pre- and post-settlements, brokerage services, drafting, trade assistance, corporate activities, tax operations, legal documents, loans, portfolio reconciliation, document capture, and system reconciliation.
- Work on data collection, cataloguing, processing, system updates and inputs, fund transfers, reconciliations, and settlements are anticipated.
- Creating reports with Microsoft Excel.
- The role may need external communication with agents, counterparties, or clients in order to resolve issues and disagreements pertaining to the procedure. This could be done over the phone or via email.
- Risk assessment and escalation, prompt client escalation of unresolved issues.
- Working on a range of trade support tasks related to the trade lifecycle, such as matching trade confirmations, supporting trade pre-settlements, reconciling trade positions from the front office to the back office, generating reports, settling cash flows from different trading events like interest or premium, operating syndicated loans, and setting up and running corporate actions.
- Working on numerous front-office and back-office reconciliations, regulatory reporting (Swaps Data Repository, SDR, Know Your Customer (KYC), and reference data support, among other capital market operational activities outside of Trade Life-cycle support.
- The position would need the candidate to become proficient in a variety of financial instruments, such as fixed income products (such as corporate and Treasury bonds) and equity securities and derivatives, interest rate swaps, FX spot, options, futures, and credit derivatives swaps.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.com, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Master’s Degree (M.com, MBA, PGDM)

- Should be familiar with the fundamentals of investment banking, derivatives, trade life cycle, and finance.
- High levels of vigour, dedication, and production, proactive, a powerful influencer, and goal-oriented.
- Proficiency in logic and mathematics is required to extract meaning from data.
- Time management and rapid problem solving skills.
- Above average in terms of organisation, scheduling, and planning.
