Key Responsibilities:
- To speed up the execution of investment transactions, securities should be reviewed and put up in the accounting system as soon as possible.
- Processing daily investment transactions from a variety of external investment managers, some of which require human processing.
- Watch over every automatic task and find a solution if something goes wrong.
- Daily data questions are promptly and accurately answered.
- Utilise quality assurance techniques to guarantee the accuracy of the data.
- Capacity to assess protocols and systems and offer suggestions for enhancement.
- Take part in various capacity-building and efficiency projects, such as those involving automation and standardisation.
- Maintain correct process documentation and impart thorough training to team members.
- Accurately record metrics related to responsibilities to enable management to have a good view of team productivity and efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria:
