Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements by attending business workshops and doing one-on-one interviews.
- Examine the business requirements document.
- Analyse gaps to ensure that business needs are met.
- Assist in the development of solutions to the gaps.
- Prepare preliminary draughts of the client’s end-to-end solution and integration plan and send them to the supervisor for review.
- Outline the customisation and configuration changes required for solution implementation.
- Obtain permission and validation for the developed solution.
- Determine the necessary changes to existing solutions and comprehend internal/external dynamics.
- Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities for solution development.
- Make a business case for the new solution.
- Share the business case with the Senior Consultant / Team Lead for feedback.
