Key Responsibilities:
- Tracking and resolving business needs in the allotted time.
- Daily follow-up and collaboration with various departments (including business and support) to make sure that MIS is delivered on time.
- In charge of creating and maintaining MIS Reports on Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Metrics.
- Being thorough, careful, and highly accurate in carrying out the tasks.
- Data should be re-cuttable to create a variety of useful reports.
- Excel is excellent (Hlookup, Vlookup, lookup, Pivot Table & Pivot Table Chart, Forms, If/else expressions, data validation, and Scenarios).
- Prompt reporting and email response.
- Deep-dive analysis should be used to find trends.
- Assist business unit reviews with analysis.
- Working together to close open requirements with other RMs.
- Help the reporting manager with the automation of reporting requirements and the construction of business reporting templates, dashboards, etc..
- Help with report production as needed by the business and support teams.
- Budget vs. actual comparisons are routinely monitored, and exceptions are reported. carrying out a variance analysis for the same in order to put remedial measures in place.
- Participate in the creation of a corporate culture that promotes communication, individual support, receptivity to new ideas, and the capacity for each member of the organisation to attain both professional and personal fulfilment.
- Serves as a point of contact for any urgent situations and offers practical answers to the team as well as to all consumers outside the company.
- Support for the team’s performance of assigned duties and conduct during the billing process in accordance with KPIs and SLAs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Preferred skills:
- Excellent Excel skills are a need.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Good stakeholder management, both locally and internationally.
- Designing dashboards for various platforms is a skill.
- Being able to manage massive datasets and having a track record of matching business needs with data needs.
- Strong knowledge of the data architecture and how it relates to reporting and analytics.
