Key Responsibilities:

  • Fully accountable for overseeing client account help desk and procurement activities
  • Guiding and coaching the team of focals, buyers, and agents towards exceeding client expectations on a regular basis.
  • Maintain Stakeholder and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Team member recruitment, growth, and retention; raising employee motivation; and giving regular performance feedback.
  • Managing client escalated issues and performing root cause analysis to identify and put into practise long-lasting fixes.
  • Performs fundamental management duties, such as Performance Appraisals and Career Development Processes, that are shared by all IBM managers.
  • Determine and address any hazards or problems that could potentially slow down the process.
  • Act as a liaison between the centre and the international teams by comprehending client expectations and needs.
  • Participate in routine internal and external reviews, and address any problems that may arise.
