Key Responsibilities:
- Complete training courses in the specialised fields (database, network, windows, linux, and cyber security administration).
- Support L1 level monitoring and help with managing databases, networks, Windows, Linux, and cyber security systems.
- Follow established protocols while monitoring and responding to alerts and issues.
- Performing recurring maintenance chores, such as patch installs, software upgrades, and backups.
- Aid in identifying and addressing technical problems.
- Ensure efficient system performance and security by working with cross-functional teams.
- Record and keep up-to-date records of system setups and modifications.
- Observe existing operational procedures and make an effort to improve them.
- Keep up of business trends and ideal procedures that are pertinent to your area of expertise
- Be effective in your team’s communication, and escalate problems as needed.
- Follow security guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Assist senior administrators with the execution of projects and other related duties.
Eligibility Criteria:
