Key Responsibilities for Analyst – Data Science:
- Conduct impartial monitoring of all models within the organisation with a focus on Gen AI (Large Language Models) and Machine Learning-based models for marketing, credit, fraud, or other business/risk categories.
- Conduct gap analyses, create a strong framework, and raise regulatory standards by strengthening model risk controls.
- Carry out AI/ML research to look into ways to improve model quality and have an impact on the business.
- Sharing findings with partners, top leadership, and different model committees.
Key Responsibilities for Engineer:
- For the Liquidity, Capital, and SCCL workstreams, you will participate in the Fast Forward programme to guarantee ongoing compliance and adherence to federal regulations.
- Responsible for the new POA platform’s platform renovation and upgrade.
- You will help the platform become more dependable and secure for upcoming regulatory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree/ MBA
Preferred skills:
- Practical knowledge of model building or validation.
- Strong relationship-building, analytical, and project management skills are essential for advancing validation activities.
- It is ideal if you have experience using sophisticated statistical and/or quantitative tools to solve business problems.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal abilities, as well as the capacity to function well in a group setting.
- Effectively presenting complicated analytical data to senior management and business partners.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work under pressure and with shifting priorities.
- Preferable knowledge of regulatory and compliance reports.
- Knowledge of UI development, Node JS, and React.
- practical experience with BigData platforms.
