Key Responsibilities:

  • To the extent that Tide is able, identify their needs and requirements and meet them, or, in cases where it is possible to do so, expedite administration and requests for members.
  • Work closely with the other Plus/Pro team members to build the plan’s proposition and become a brand spokesman for Tide.
  • Strive to sustain ties with our Plus/Pro members by providing them with high-quality service.
  • Utilise data to track current usage and spot new opportunities based on user research, segmentation, personas, and consumer feedback, as well as the pulse of the industry.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • You are at ease speaking with clients on the phone and have previous experience coordinating with and addressing (however challenging) member inquiries. Must have an attitude that is customer-focused!
  • You understand data.
  • You speak and write English very well (at least EF Set 50; any certificate at or above C1 level is a plus).
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office, primarily Excel.
  • You are positive and motivated, and you have strong problem-solving abilities.
  • You maintain open lines of contact with your customers and with your business.
  • You can show that you have the independence and multitasking skills necessary to work across member services and membership teams, as well as the ability to work well in a team.

Preferred skills:

  • Knowledge of finance technology, a start-up, or a rapidly expanding tech company
  • Experience with Zendesk or Looker
  • Working knowledge of app- or subscription-based business models
  • Knowledge of membership programmes
  • Prior experience working in a customer care support role
  • Understanding and optimising member plans with analytics
