Key Responsibilities:
- Gives partner-level managers backup support for calendar management. supports community space calendar management as required. aids in setting up the meeting environment (e.g., reserving accommodations, troubleshooting virtual settings, placing food orders).
- Gains expertise from peers and management while working together with internal business partners (such as Business Management, Human Resources, Finance, Staffing, Real Estate & Facilities). takes direction and gives different requests made by supervisors, teammates, and administrators priority.
- Participates in the community of business support. participates in community activities and goes to networking and training events, etc. a mentor and a student of others.
- Under the supervision of senior team members, provides onboarding assistance for new workers, vendors, and interns (e.g., procuring equipment for new hires, setting up workstations, distribution lists, and security groups).
- Support team building exercises as necessary. efficiently organise and schedule team events. Under the supervision of more experienced teammates, assists team with the execution of event logistics (such as setup, teardown, and catering arrangements). helps develop team relationships and team morale.
- Supports the team on-site and performs duties as directed by others. learns to accept responsibility for their parts of the allotted project’s results.

Eligibility Criteria:
- High School Diploma, General Educational Development (GED), or equivalent AND 6 months Administrative, Business Support, and/or customer service experience.
- Associate’s Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications)
Preferred skills:
- 1+ year(s) Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and basic administration work.
