Key Responsibilities for Executive Assistant:
- Work in a team atmosphere and provide ESS and admin services, including but not limited to diary management, are the key roles and responsibilities of this position.
- Maintaining the project team’s calendar to show all important events that need to be planned is known as calendar management.
- Meetings management involves closely collaborating with project teams and other stakeholders to plan and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Assist the project team members in reserving their travel arrangements.
- Assist in creating the schedule for workshops or area trips by taking care of the logistics of lodging, meals, and printing, among other things.
- Documentation is the act of writing down the meeting’s minutes and emphasising its main takeaways.
- Maintaining the eRoom and project database to make sure all paperwork is recorded and arranged for access.
- Assist in organising training by distributing invitations, setting a deadline for training sessions, sending out confirmations, and/or suggesting alternate dates. Give delegates the appropriate pre-work and sessions.
- Support for different internal and external tools used throughout the EY office.
Key Responsibilities for Associate – Reporting Analyst:
- Review of database management and experience management activities (Demand trackers, bench management, tool updates).
- Mailbox Support and upkeep, as well as showing attention to detail.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution techniques (such as soft blocking by competency leaders and resource distribution across various projects).
- Mentoring and on-the-job training are provided for new employees.
- Proficient with the MS Office suite and having intermediate knowledge of data visualisation technologies.
- Database maintenance and reconciliation (keeping track of client service professionals’ skill sets, skills, and certificates).
- Basic reporting and dashboard tasks.
