Key Responsibilities for Data Scientist:
- Conduct impartial analysis of assets, flows, performance, and rivalry across all asset classes and geographical areas.
- Encourage research on sustainability trends including net zero and biodiversity as well as ESG-related themes.
- Analyse the adoption of technology developments like tokenization and AI in asset management.
- Encourage the production and automation of consistent reporting.
- Perform routine or sporadic Excel analyses, create and draught new reporting and analytical formats, and standardise and automate current workflows and use cases.
- Meaningful PowerPoint remark on the findings (including Think-Cell).
Key Responsibilities for Data Analyst:
- Executing and/or overseeing a variety of exception management tasks across data quality functions for all asset classes, across all regions (APAC/EMEA/NY),
- Analysing the problems brought up and offering solutions to resolve them are all parts of responding to customer inquiries.
- Make sure reporting is accurate, timely, and complete.
- To ensure that data quality standards are upheld, conduct root cause analyses of exceptions with appropriate investigation and escalation to senior management.
- Working with internal and external partners, ensure prompt resolution of data concerns.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelors/Masters or international equivalent degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics or any other quantitative discipline. A CA and/or CFA would be a plus
- Educated to bachelor’s degree level, or a related discipline, from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience and certifications.
Preferred skills:
- Ability to speak with key business stakeholders face-to-face; knowledge of asset management or a related field would be advantageous.
- Imagination, initiative, and morality on both a professional and personal level.
- Excellent English communication abilities; additional German language proficiency would be advantageous.
- Entrepreneurial team player with a strong desire to learn and advance.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Advanced visualisation and presentation abilities, familiarity with a cutting-edge BI technology (such as Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, etc.), and some background in UI/UX design are all advantages.
