Key Responsibilities:
- As part of our agile software development cycle, collaborate closely with our developers to maintain the quality of our software/product and to make helpful corrections.
- Promote quality, sustainable practises to support the rapidly transforming environment.
- Consider unconventional approaches to a variety of issues.
- Participate in code review, offer suggestions, and if necessary, voice any concerns.
- Create and maintain our framework for automated testing.
- Work together and exchange knowledge and experience with others for ongoing learning
- To be able to make wise judgements, one must be able to prioritise tasks and evaluate risks and effects.
- CI/CD pipeline setup and integration with our build pipeline of automated testing
- Performance and load testing
- Fostering the development of the QA practise.
Eligibility Criteria:
- How to define success criteria in cooperation with product owners.
- Increase speed by automating tests.
- Pipelines for continuous integration and delivery – Gitlab, Travis, Circle, etc.
- UI and API test case development.
- knowledge of Cypress, TypeScript, Python, JavaScript/NodeJS, and other test automation frameworks.
- You are familiar with using a terminal on Unix/Linux-like computers.
- Git version control with knowledge of MR, branching flows, and Gitflow.
Preferred skills:
- Good understanding of performance testing tools like Jmeter, Apache Bench, wrk, and containers, such as Docker Load.
- Knowledge of cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exploratory manual testing.
- Client user acceptance testing.
