Key Responsibilities:
- In charge of using data and available tools for reporting, analytics, and dashboards.
- Ad hoc data collection involves gathering, analysing, and disclosing pertinent information from a variety of sources, including external sources like macroeconomic trends, survey results, etc.
- Assemble, compare, and evaluate important data/metrics about employment trends, hiring, pay and benefits, development and training, performance management, retention, and turnover rates. Determine the best practises.
- Prepare reports on findings that are easy to read. Utilise the findings to draw insightful conclusions and offer suggestions.
- Create and assess surveys, confirm the accuracy of the data, and ensure that we are measuring the right things.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0–3 years of experience working as an analyst
- Statistical or business administration-related bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent job experience.
- Working knowledge of derived data statistical and predictive analysis.
- Recognise different software choices, including RPA, AI, ML, and other automations, as well as data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Must be diligent and possess strong communication, analytical, and analytical skills.
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) working knowledge
- Ability to discern between sensitive data and organise data.
Preferred skills:
- From reputable, well-known organisations, Certified Professional or Senior Professional in Data Analysis.
- Having an understanding of and working knowledge of HR principles, practises, and procedures.
