Key Responsibilities:
- Assembles and describes the business needs, assisting in their prioritisation and traceability; designs portions of the solution in accordance with the business requirements.
- Supports for developing a change strategy, including ideas for managing the effects on the audience for the change (e.g., planning/sequencing of change activities).
- Encourages change journey planning and draws attention to any risks and problems
- Aids team in defining and managing implementation (e.g., by defining interim and target states, a pilot/rollout strategy, and managing implementation readiness); oversees individual implementation activities (e.g., by creating training materials).
- Develops and delivers training and change messaging to audiences.
- Utilising common tools for both statistical and qualitative methodologies, supports process mapping and re-engineering design efforts.
- Supports delivery and implementation efforts for re-engineering. aids in the creation of a business case
