Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct exploratory analysis on diverse datasets to uncover new growth opportunities. Create hypotheses and collaborate with stakeholders in analytics to determine the scale and possible impact of these possibilities.
- Take charge of measuring and reporting critical indicators to management and the larger organisation.
- Recommend product, customer journey, and user communications improvements to improve customer funnel metrics.
- Keep track of industry breakthroughs and suggest ideas worth investigating.
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and secondary research to analyse the opportunity of new ideas being assessed.
- Collaboration with stakeholders throughout the growth team for input and initiative execution.
- Present and share findings from data analysis to key stakeholders in order to drive business choices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA graduate with 0-1 years of experience or an Engineer with 2-3 years of experience as a business analyst.
- Proficient in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or data visualization platforms.
Preferred skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presenting skills.
- Someone who is meticulous and methodical.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both alone and collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
