Key Responsibilities:
- Actionable Error Job Responsibilities Transactions may be processed freely as long as they follow the rules set down for them, and it must be made sure that the appropriate checks and controls are carried out on day 1 and day 2.
- Verify the request’s compliance with the TAT. Assure TAT for processing Exceptional things to be brought to Seniors’ attention regarding Process Compliance with Internal Policies and Procedures auditing and compliance.
- To ensure NIL exceptions and compliance with internal and external audits, systems and procedures are followed.
- Processing Exceptions Every exception or rejection must be examined and reported to Seniors Share MIS on a regular basis. Branch / Business Support Issues Must Be Resolved Quickly closure of referrals with sufficient resolution and within TAT MIS to be kept for the handled process Reduce the number of customer complaints. Offer suggestions for process improvement.
- To guarantee that all test scenarios are addressed and to build test cases and test plans based on functional specifications.
- to guarantee that testing is carried out in accordance with the test schedule.
- To record findings for business and audit approval of production movement. help keep track of business and audit queries.
